Lt Col Joginder Singh Lamba has had varied experiences in Command and on Staff from Unit level to the Army Headquarters. He has actively taken part in 1971 operations and insurgency operations. Has great experience in man management and professionally highly qualified person.
Post retirement he has been a visiting faculty at Rajasthan Police Academy, BSNL Regional Telecom Training Centre, Rajasthan Institute of Public Administration (RIPA), Institute of Labor Development and different Management Institutes/ Engineering Colleges in the areas of Corporate Strategy to Human Resource Management and had a stint as Professor of Soft Skills at one of the Engineering Colleges at Jaipur. He motivates and inspires people with deep-seated zeal and helps them to analyze and re-evaluate their attitudes, develop higher understanding and realize their true potential. His focus and mission is, “Enriching and inspiring people by inculcating values and infusing new spirit”.’ He holds his vision as, “Any nation/ organization / family is of the people; derives its strength from the people; its interest lies in the people that is served by the people; it grows with the people & sustained through the people, for the people for ultimate goal of harmony and happiness to the people”.

About Kargil Defence Academy
AIM of Kargil Defence Academy is to train and motivate youths to join Defence Forces as an Officer. Armed Forces have shortage of more than 13000 Officers and Kargil Defence Academy is trying its best to contribute to overcome this deficiency by providing selfless service. It is a registered education institute by Registrar Sansthan, Jaipur. On a popular demand, KDA has also started courses and training for soldiers in all three services.
